Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground
- Ability to safely control and utilize equipment including sheeter machine VCM sauce ladle cheese cups pan gripers spatula pizza and dough cutter knives can openers pastry brush scales microwave telephone cash register
- Ability to apply pressure to cut through products and clean equipment utensils
- Ability to count separate and weigh food products and inventory items
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers including reading speaking hearing writing
- Ability to understand directions instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
- Ability to comprehend all training materials and practice standard operating procedures
- Ability to successfully pass required training programs for certification
- Ability to use mathematical skills to compute sales totals percentages inventory usage food orders employee work schedules cash handling results and projected business needs
- Ability to legally drive an automobile adhering to state and local traffic laws
- Ability to supervise and motivate multiple employees to meet goals duties and deadlines
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in a management role in a quick service restaurant or one year in a full service restaurant
- Preferred minimum age of 21
- High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills
- Working knowledge of local store marketing techniques and sales building
- Proven track record of controlling costs
- Strong management team building and communication skills
- Knowledge of reading and analyzing profit and loss statements
- Dependable hardworking and able to handle a varied 50 hour workweek under pressure
- Valid driver license reliable vehicle and auto insurance
- Meet Little Caesars-Ampler Pizza II background verification guidelines
- Eligible to work in the United States as per Department of Justice requirements
Job Duties
- Ensure customers are served correct complete orders within service time goals
- Prepare and ensure all colleagues prepare consistent high quality products
- Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant and colleague image
- Recruit hire train and evaluate colleagues
- Develop a productive team through communication delegation and disciplinary skills
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete all paperwork associated with daily weekly and period end activities
- Perform labor scheduling food ordering and product projections accurately
- Manage all financial responsibilities with integrity and achieve cost control goals
- Implement shakerboarding local store marketing events and in-store promotions to increase sales
