Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
  • reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
  • ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
  • ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
  • willing to follow brand standards and guidelines
  • eligible to work in this country
  • must pass a background investigation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to coach and develop team members
  • knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
  • ability to manage financial performance
  • problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
  • lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
