Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training
- reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations occasionally for training and other tasks
- ability to stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
- ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register or grill
- willing to follow brand standards and guidelines
- eligible to work in this country
- must pass a background investigation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to coach and develop team members
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- ability to manage financial performance
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
- lead the management team to achieve employee, customer, sales, and operational goals
