This position is with a restaurant owned and operated independently by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. This franchisee operates as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Employment decisions such as hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee without involvement from McDonald's USA. This means that if hired, your employer will be the independent franchisee, and McDonald's USA will not have access to your employment application or be involved in the hiring process.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- previous general manager or equivalent leadership experience
- background in quick service restaurant operations preferred
- ability to manage and lead a diverse team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent customer service orientation
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- monitor restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline within the restaurant
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
