Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work 50 or more hours per week
- physical ability to perform kitchen and restaurant tasks including lifting up to 55 pounds
- strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
- at least two years of management experience
