Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in quick service management restaurant (qsr) industry
- high school diploma
- availability to work open hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- understanding of p&l interpretation to influence profitability
- familiarity with positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- lead the restaurant management team and team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
- recruit, hire, train, and retain staff to achieve sales and profit goals
- manage daily restaurant operations ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
- oversee profit and loss statements to maintain and improve profitability
- resolve conflicts using positive conflict resolution skills
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- foster a positive work environment aligned with company values
