Job Requirements
- Flexible with shift start times and days including weekends and holidays
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- warehousing, logistics, supply chain or third party experience preferred
- BS/BA degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required
Job Qualifications
- Management and leadership experience in an industrial setting
- ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates
- strong organization and prioritization skills
- ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- decision-making and problem-solving skills in a warehouse environment
- budget management experience including P&L interpretation
- proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- excellent numerical aptitude while multitasking
- interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- proven record in employee supervision including hiring and termination
Job Duties
- Implement the business plan for assigned area by managing staffing and scheduling
- identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns
- monitor and manage productivity through business report analysis
- maintain quality and safety standards by training and ensuring compliance
- supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring performance
- provide expert advice and improve action plans by applying best practices
- build relationships with key stakeholders to implement business solutions
