Job Requirements

  • Flexible with shift start times and days including weekends and holidays
  • ability to walk and stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 75 lbs
  • warehousing, logistics, supply chain or third party experience preferred
  • BS/BA degree or Associate degree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Management and leadership experience in an industrial setting
  • ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates
  • strong organization and prioritization skills
  • ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • decision-making and problem-solving skills in a warehouse environment
  • budget management experience including P&L interpretation
  • proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • excellent numerical aptitude while multitasking
  • interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • proven record in employee supervision including hiring and termination

Job Duties

  • Implement the business plan for assigned area by managing staffing and scheduling
  • identify and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns
  • monitor and manage productivity through business report analysis
  • maintain quality and safety standards by training and ensuring compliance
  • supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and monitoring performance
  • provide expert advice and improve action plans by applying best practices
  • build relationships with key stakeholders to implement business solutions
