Job Requirements

  • Proven restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable and committed to guest service
  • Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical labor tasks

  • Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results
  • Drive sales manage labor and food costs and find smart ways to maximize profitability
  • Problem-solve on the fly stay calm under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities
