Job Requirements

- Proven restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
- Reliable and committed to guest service
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical labor tasks

- Own all aspects of daily operations from staffing and scheduling to inventory management and food safety
- Ensure guests receive outstanding service and perfect flavor every time they visit
- Develop and train team members so they can grow into their potential and deliver consistent results
- Drive sales manage labor and food costs and find smart ways to maximize profitability
- Problem-solve on the fly stay calm under pressure and turn challenges into opportunities
- Maintain Wingstop standards of excellence in cleanliness service and execution
