Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in financial management including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality or food service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting P&L analysis and cost management

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing inventory and quality control
- Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming dining environment
- Oversee budgets cost control and profitability to drive financial success
- Recruit train and mentor team members to promote excellence and professional growth
- Collaborate on promotions events and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to health safety and food safety regulations as well as company policies
