Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality or food service
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting P&L analysis and cost management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing inventory and quality control
  • Ensure exceptional service and a welcoming dining environment
  • Oversee budgets cost control and profitability to drive financial success
  • Recruit train and mentor team members to promote excellence and professional growth
  • Collaborate on promotions events and community engagement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to health safety and food safety regulations as well as company policies
