Job Duties
- Lead an exceptional team of high-performing operations and sales professionals strategically guiding them to surpass targets and excel within the designated geography
- Create a strategic plan focused on maximizing growth and productivity in line with the overall growth strategy of USS
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Adhere to USS standards for excellence quality and customer satisfaction
- Provide leadership training and development to the team
- Supervise daily activities allocate performance objectives and verify their achievement
- Manage and coordinate sales and operational activity for assigned locations
- Recommend measures to improve operational practices and the quality of customer care
- Work with various departments to resolve customer service issues
- Analyze and report on sales and operational activities to meet objectives and profitability goals
- Collaborate with the Regional Senior Vice President to develop and implement standard practices and efficiency recommendations
- Ensure DOT compliance
- Supervise the administration of the companys safety program
- Spearhead employee development initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Cultivate a positive inclusive and safety-centric work environment characterized by mutual respect open communication and collaboration
- Undertake any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned demonstrating adaptability and versatility in addressing evolving organizational needs and priorities
