Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, tourism, retail, or attractions
- Proven leadership in guest-facing environments
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move throughout the venue

Job Duties
- Lead and manage all on-site operations and staff
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop management and guest services teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Oversee health, safety, and security compliance
- Manage labor, payroll, expenses, and site-level budgets
- Act as the final escalation point for guest and operational issues
- Coordinate with technical, IT, and production teams
- Support exhibition load-ins, load-outs, and special events
- Represent Exhibition Hub professionally with partners and stakeholders
