Job Duties
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across golf operations, food and beverage, agronomy, sales, and merchandising
- Develop and execute short and long-term financial and operational plans
- Partner with corporate revenue, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth and engagement
- Recruit, develop, lead, and retain a high-quality management and service team
- Monitor financial performance, forecasts, payroll, inventory, and expenses to meet targets
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional member and guest service
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
