Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent business management experience
- Management experience required
- Minimum of five years of comprehensive operations management experience
- Combination of seven years management or supervisory experience in a transit environment
- Airport experience preferred
- Expertise in labor and union negotiations
- Full understanding of dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment and safety compliance with DOT and FTA regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of multi-tasking skills
Job Qualifications

- Preferred airport transit experience
- Expertise in labor and union negotiations
- Full understanding of dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment and safety compliance with DOT and FTA regulations

- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
Job Duties
- Manage customer relations through direct contact and outreach programs
- Identify, select, train and mentor location staff
- Communicate effectively and frequently with location staff and support team members
- Oversee vehicle maintenance plans to ensure fleet availability meets service requirements
- Manage safety and training programs to ensure compliance with company, contract and regulatory standards
- Maintain routine client contact to meet or exceed expectations
- Conduct periodic departmental audits
- Review key operational metrics daily, weekly and monthly
- Continuously manage location financial metrics, report exceptions and develop action plans
- Implement, promote and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Interact with committees to enact positive policy and program changes
- Participate in labor and employee relations activities
- Provide insight and support for contract renewals
- Create and present annual location budgets
