Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manages all aspects of restaurant functions, reporting to regional director
  • Recruits, retains, trains and develops an optimum number of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to the guest
  • Ensures the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service
