Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Manages all aspects of restaurant functions, reporting to regional director
- Recruits, retains, trains and develops an optimum number of staff who are enthusiastically dedicated to delivering the highest level of hospitality to the guest
- Ensures the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service
