Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Duties
- Staff the restaurant with carefully selected team
- Ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding processes
- Write and implement shift leader development and performance plans
- Make final hiring and separation decisions
- Create team member schedules based on availability and sales volume
- Own the performance and culture of the entire team
- Audit operations and develop solutions for improvement
- Understand budget and cost trends
- Create business plans and perform financial analysis
- Control cash, property, product and equipment
- Build sales and control labor and food costs
- Maintain operational standards
- Identify and communicate maintenance issues
- Ensure communication from District Manager to team members
- Coach and mentor team members
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies
