Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in business operations or related field
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth
- Strong ownership mentality and growth mindset
- Ability to develop a positive and high-performing team culture
- Experience integrating acquisitions and managing change
- Data-driven approach to decision making

- Proven experience in leadership roles with growth and operational responsibility
- Strong ability to build and retain high-performing teams

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for assigned location
- Drive business growth and performance metrics
- Create and nurture an exceptional workplace culture
- Develop and manage staff and leadership teams
- Own full operating P&L for specific geography
- Successfully integrate tuck-in acquisitions within the market area
- Collaborate with peer General Managers to share best practices across the platform
