Job Requirements

  • Must pass a federal background check
  • Previous experience as a shift lead, assistant manager, or general manager at quick-service restaurant
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and control costs
  • Capability to handle budgeting, payroll, and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a general manager or assistant manager in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and health and safety standards
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering great guest experiences
  • Experience with brands such as Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Burger King, or similar quick-service restaurants is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service
  • Oversee daily operations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
  • Handle scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and daily sales reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Support a positive team culture that promotes teamwork and accountability
  • Communicate regularly with franchise owners and upper management
