Job Requirements
- Must pass a federal background check
- Previous experience as a shift lead, assistant manager, or general manager at quick-service restaurant
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to manage inventory and control costs
- Capability to handle budgeting, payroll, and scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or assistant manager in a quick-service or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and health and safety standards
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering great guest experiences
- Experience with brands such as Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Popeyes, Taco Bell, Burger King, or similar quick-service restaurants is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations to maximize sales and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and daily sales reporting
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support a positive team culture that promotes teamwork and accountability
- Communicate regularly with franchise owners and upper management
