Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Develops restaurant operating plans in conjunction with the District Manager to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction
- Plans, schedules and analyzes staffing needs, including management development and training
- Exercises discretion in managing evolving business demands
- Ensures all menu items meet Brand Standards
- Maintains appropriate inventory levels following company procedures for food and nonfood items
- Directs operational execution for guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and service standards
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Oversees management of facility and equipment through maintenance, repairs, security, and sanitation
- Promotes company values with a strong focus on safety
- Manages expenses including labor, cash, repairs and maintenance, and food costs
- Analyzes financial reports and implements improvement plans
- Stays aware of local market trends and competitive activities and implements marketing programs
- Creates a positive work environment through communication and employee relations
- Administers disciplinary processes as required
- Exhibits strong leadership and high flexibility
