Job Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to travel to multiple stores
- ability to conduct physical inspections of all restaurant areas
Job Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience in operations
- 1-2 years management or operations experience in the restaurant industry
- proficiency in restaurant operational positions and functions
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of P&L analysis and corrective actions
- familiarity with training and development practices
- ability to manage scheduling and labor controls
- effective communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Meet budgeted sales targets
- set and meet controllable cost targets
- develop and execute local store marketing plans
- respond to competitor activities
- develop and execute plans to improve sales and profits
- hire, train and manage subordinate managers and crew
- maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- conduct performance reviews and take corrective actions
- manage inventory and control costs
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- conduct staff training and development
- maintain store cleanliness
- manage employee relations and performance issues
- oversee administrative functions such as payroll and reporting
- conduct physical inspections and preventive maintenance
- lead weekly manager meetings and communicate priorities
- promote a positive work environment
