Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
  • recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
  • plan, assign, and direct work
  • appraise performance and discipline employees including terminations
  • address complaints and resolve problems
  • shape the restaurant culture to ensure high employee engagement
  • coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
  • model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
  • communicate sales performance and drive sales-building activities
  • maximize table turnover and sales per guest
  • meet and greet guests and handle food quality and service issues
  • maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost controls

  • monitor daily activities to ensure food quality and cleanliness
  • control day-to-day operations including cash control, inventory, and scheduling
