Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

  • Manage resources and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with all state and company policies including food and alcohol certifications
