Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

- Direct and supervise restaurant managers and team members to ensure operational excellence

- Manage resources and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all state and company policies including food and alcohol certifications
- Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous development among staff
