Job Requirements
- Undergraduate college degree or 5 years of relevant leadership/work experience
- 2-3 years of management experience supervising a department, division, site, or team
- Proven success in leading, motivating and empowering a team
- A genuine love for teaching children
- Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot
- Excellent customer service skills with a natural inclination to say yes
- Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

- Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by leading front-line shifts and team development
- Calmly, positively and proactively respond to operational challenges
- Maintain a clean and safe facility environment
- Master the teaching curriculum and customer service practices
- Create a caring, fun, friendly and effective work environment
- Create and manage schedules and lead regular team meetings
- Manage employee engagement and retention
- Develop the operations team into industry leaders
- Directly manage key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective location operation
- Manage and operate a profitable business
