This job posting is for a General Manager position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's. Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- prior general manager experience in a high volume setting
- ability to lead and develop a management team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- commitment to quality and customer service
Job Qualifications

- experience in hospitality or retail considered
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to set goals and develop plans

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers
- help Department Managers set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching
- improve restaurant departments to enhance overall performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
