Job Description
SLI Enterprises is a well-established independent franchisee operating numerous McDonald's restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's locations, SLI Enterprises operates as a separate company that licenses McDonald's logos and food products under a franchise agreement. This structure allows the franchisee autonomy in managing all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline at their restaurant locations. The multiple operating locations under SLI Enterprises stretch across various cities including Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell, making it one of the prominent McDonald’s franchise operators in the region.Show More
