  • background in quick service restaurants or related field
  • ability to manage and lead diverse teams
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald\'s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set and achieve restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
  • lead and develop Department Managers with goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring
  • manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and customer satisfaction
  • oversee team performance and provide direction to improve departments
  • maintain compliance with all operational and safety standards
