Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years to be a manager
- Previous General Manager experience
- Experience managing high volume restaurant operations
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain McDonald’s customer standards
- Commitment to operational excellence
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their departments
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor progress toward goals and provide direction
- Foster a positive and purposeful work environment
- Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
