SLI Enterprises is a prominent independent franchisee operating numerous McDonald's restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This franchisee is licensed to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding to maintain the restaurant's established reputation for fast, reliable service and quality meals. Unlike McDonald's USA, SLI Enterprises operates as a separate company and a separate employer. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years to be a manager
  • Previous General Manager experience
  • Experience managing high volume restaurant operations
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain McDonald’s customer standards
  • Commitment to operational excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager experience in high volume locations
  • Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead and coach a team of Department Managers to improve their departments
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • Monitor progress toward goals and provide direction
  • Foster a positive and purposeful work environment
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
