Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in high volume quick service or retail environment
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to meet physical demands of the job
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
- ability to lead and develop staff
- strong business and operational acumen
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- at least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- monitor Department Managers’ progress and provide direction to improve their departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- maintain staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
