Known for delivering the iconic McDonald’s experience, SLI Enterprises manages locations in Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. As a franchisee, SLI Enterprises holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, ensuring consistency in quality and service that McDonald’s patrons expect. Unlike McDonald’s USA, SLI Enterprises functions as a separate company responsible for all employment-related matters within its restaurants, including hiring, firing, and supervision.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in high volume quick service or retail environment
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to meet physical demands of the job
  • legal authorization to work in the united states
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience running high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
  • ability to lead and develop staff
  • strong business and operational acumen
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • monitor Department Managers’ progress and provide direction to improve their departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • maintain staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
