Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • proven experience managing high-volume restaurants
  • strong leadership ability
  • capability to develop and coach managers
  • excellent organizational and planning skills
  • ability to meet McDonald's customer service and operational standards
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and coach a team of Department Managers
  • support Department Managers in setting and following up on their goals
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
