Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- proven experience managing high-volume restaurants
- strong leadership ability
- capability to develop and coach managers
- excellent organizational and planning skills
- ability to meet McDonald's customer service and operational standards
- availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a general manager in high-volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach a team of Department Managers
- support Department Managers in setting and following up on their goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
