Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance

- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evenings, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, climb and perform repetitive motions
- Standing and moving about the unit during the entire workday
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Ability to handle stress and resolve customer and employee issues
- Ability to use personal computer and various software packages
- Good communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
- Experience in managing staff and conducting employee evaluations
- Proven skills in food service operations management
- Competency in ordering and inventory control
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle customer and employee issues effectively
- Experience in managing financial statements and business performance
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 50 employees with over 80 hours of labor per week
- Assign, oversee and evaluate employee work
- Recommend promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees
- Delegate and manage ordering, receipt, storage and issuance of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies
- Supervise preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecast food items to avoid shortages and ensure shift success
- Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service
- Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- Complete and oversee daily food preparation including opening and closing procedures
- Execute systems and procedures with 100 percent integrity
- Complete daily and weekly paperwork
- Maintain 100 percent accountability of cash drawers
- Receive and store product shipments
- Audit previous shifts for procedural integrity
- Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment and supplies
- Supervise the entire management team
- Identify and develop talent for management positions
- Administer performance reviews for management team
- Manage profit and loss statements and identify business issues
- Promote a positive, productive work environment
- Display a sense of urgency in all tasks
