Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior management experience is required
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants preferred
  • background in hospitality or retail considered
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to coach and develop staff

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure a motivated, skilled team
  • oversee daily operational tasks to uphold high customer service levels
