Job Requirements
- High school diploma, A levels, GED, or GCSE
- at least 10 years of professional experience
- experience as general manager or managing director
- drug test and pre-employment physical required
- ability to undergo random alcohol and drug testing
- clear understanding of union contracts and grievance procedures
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage complex operations and budgets
- commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, transportation, or public administration
- five years of managerial or comparable administrative experience
- clear understanding of collective bargaining agreements and labor relations
- strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment

- execute client service planning and recommend scheduling adjustments

- provide input and feedback on policy development
- create and maintain a strong safety culture
- oversee agency safety plan implementation and reporting
- ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- manage financial, operational and employee performance
- build and coach a strong leadership team
- develop strategic vision for local team growth
- monitor business and community trends
- satisfy client, corporate and contractual reporting requirements
- develop relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
- communicate clearly and transparently
