This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and products. While this franchisee is separate from McDonald's USA and handles all employment decisions independently, the restaurant maintains the high standards associated with the McDonald's brand. The franchisee is the sole employer responsible for hiring, firing, staffing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- prior management experience

Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring quality service and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership
- manage and coach Department Managers to achieve departmental objectives
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- monitor and improve restaurant operations
- maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
