Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of restaurant management experience
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • Up-beat and engaging personality
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
  • Highly collaborative nature
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent math skills including basic computations and the ability to apply basic algebra concepts
  • Ability to travel to other restaurants and meetings as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling and lifting (25-50 lbs)

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors and restaurant managers
  • Oversee restaurant operations to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and career growth
  • Monitor and enforce food safety procedures
  • Maximize store sales and profit goals through participation in marketing programs
  • Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Protect Wendy's brand and assets by ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
