Job Requirements

- Previous management experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and motivational skills

Job Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Lead and motivate hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage budget, financial performance, and operational costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies for growth and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction
