Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • proven experience managing high volume restaurant or similar operation
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • commitment to maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • flexibility to manage staffing and scheduling
  • experience in quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience at high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • leadership and team management skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • coaching and employee development experience
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers in goal setting and performance improvement
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental operations
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence
