Job Description

Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous General Manager experience required
  • strong leadership ability
  • ability to manage a team
  • excellent communication skills
  • knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
  • ability to develop and execute business plans
  • availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • minimum three years of General Manager experience in high volume quick-service restaurants
  • experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
  • leadership and team management skills
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to coach and motivate employees
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
  • improve restaurant performance by enhancing individual departments
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • manage staff performance, scheduling, and workplace environment
  • ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
