Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- previous General Manager experience required
- strong leadership ability
- ability to manage a team
- excellent communication skills
- knowledge of quick service restaurant operations
- ability to develop and execute business plans
- availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years of General Manager experience in high volume quick-service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail is desirable
- leadership and team management skills
- strong business acumen
- ability to coach and motivate employees
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- work with leadership to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
- improve restaurant performance by enhancing individual departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage staff performance, scheduling, and workplace environment
- ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
