Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions
- Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
- Serve-Safe Certification
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
- Understanding of P&L analysis and corrective measures
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills
- Knowledge of planning and budgeting
- Effective interviewing practices
- Training and development practices
- Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations including staff management and execution of company policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
- Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
- Plan and budget for restaurant operational needs
- Conduct interviews and manage hiring processes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
