Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to two years related experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and technical procedures
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions
  • Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
  • Attend GM Core classes and Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire
  • Serve-Safe Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
  • Understanding of P&L analysis and corrective measures
  • Strong supervisory and managerial skills
  • Knowledge of planning and budgeting
  • Effective interviewing practices
  • Training and development practices
  • Familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations including staff management and execution of company policies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and implement corrective measures
  • Plan and budget for restaurant operational needs
  • Conduct interviews and manage hiring processes
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
