  • Proven experience in restaurant leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of 20-50 employees
  • Hands-on coaching and training capabilities
  • Familiarity with operating standards and compliance
  • Commitment to people-first leadership and ethical practices

Job Duties

  • Maximize restaurant sales and profit goals versus budget and prior year
  • Ensure HQSC standards are met or exceeded
  • Develop subordinates, build bench, execute proper concept training
  • Champion Wendy's operating systems
  • Lead and direct the daily activities of 20-50 employees
  • Follow Federal, State and local laws
  • Be a hands on coach and effectively train others
