Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience with financial management including budgeting and cost control
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality or food service
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a customer-centric experience

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and welcoming dining environment
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members
  • Collaborate on promotions, events, and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations and company policies
