Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with financial management including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality or food service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering a customer-centric experience
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and quality control
- Ensure exceptional customer service and welcoming dining environment
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and profitability
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members
- Collaborate on promotions, events, and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations and company policies
