Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- previous general manager experience

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach Department Managers
- monitor progress of departments and provide guidance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage staffing and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency
