Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous management experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- ability to meet McDonald’s critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- effective leadership and coaching abilities
Job Qualifications
- Three years of experience as a General Manager running high volume restaurants
- experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail also beneficial
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to develop and implement business plans
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
- lead and manage a team of Department Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve departments
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- oversee the overall operations of the restaurant
