Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior experience as a General Manager in quick service or similar industries
  • ability to lead and develop management teams
  • strong organizational and planning skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • commitment to uphold McDonald’s customer standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • previous General Manager experience in high volume quick service restaurants
  • experience in hospitality or retail management
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • ability to manage multiple operational areas
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • at least 18 years old
  • proven track record of achieving business goals and profitability

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant that meets McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction
  • follow up on Department Managers’ progress and improve Department performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee supervision
  • ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
