Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s customer standards of quality service and cleanliness
- work with leaders to set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead and coach department managers to set goals and improve their departments
- hire and develop department and shift managers
- monitor progress and provide feedback to department managers
- foster a positive team environment
