Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • two or more years experience as a general manager or assistant manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
  • valid driver's license
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • able to stand, walk, bend, and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot or cold environments
  • able to work 50 to 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • two or more years as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
  • high school diploma or GED
  • valid driver's license
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • excellent communication and guest service abilities
  • solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and P and L management
  • proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Job Duties

  • lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on quality, service, cleanliness, and team development
  • oversee front and back-of-house operations
  • manage labor scheduling and inventory control
  • drive financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss management
  • train and develop managers and hourly staff
  • maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
  • ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold brand standards
  • foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
