Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- two or more years experience as a general manager or assistant manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 21 years old
- able to stand, walk, bend, and move at a rapid pace for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot or cold environments
- able to work 50 to 55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- two or more years as a general manager or strong assistant manager in a full-service or fast-paced restaurant
- high school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license
- must be at least 21 years old
- strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- excellent communication and guest service abilities
- solid understanding of budgeting, cost controls, and P and L management
- proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
- self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
Job Duties
- lead all daily restaurant operations with focus on quality, service, cleanliness, and team development
- oversee front and back-of-house operations
- manage labor scheduling and inventory control
- drive financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss management
- train and develop managers and hourly staff
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold brand standards
- foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
