Job Duties

  • Build a winning team by attracting, recruiting, training, and developing attendants, key holders, and an assistant general manager to foster a positive, team-oriented culture
  • Lead with excellence by overseeing daily operations including scheduling, labor costs, chemical inventory, equipment maintenance, and overall business performance
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance guest satisfaction, and boost sales
  • Ensure safety and compliance by upholding company policies and legal requirements, and training staff on safety procedures
  • Handle administrative duties including managing employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and life cycle recruiting
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
