- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of quality, service, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus

Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant by meeting McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Work with leaders to set the restaurant's goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead and coach a team of Department Managers, setting their goals and following up on their progress
- Provide coaching and direction to improve department performance
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
