Job Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a cold storage environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit
- Stand, walk, and lift as required for job duties

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the cold storage warehouse
- Lead and manage a team of supervisors and warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage inventory control and ensure accuracy of stock levels
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and efficiency
- Implement and oversee automation systems to enhance operational productivity
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment and facility are in excellent working condition
- Ensure the integrity and quality of products stored in the facility
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide excellent service and support to clients
- Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including cost control measures
- Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and service quality
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into warehouse operations
