Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience managing high volume quick service restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Experience in quick service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail is valuable
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant meeting McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set and achieve restaurant goals in partnership with leadership
- Lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals and providing coaching
- Manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- Monitor progress and improve departmental performance to enhance overall restaurant success
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
