This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. While the restaurant operates under the McDonald’s brand, it is important to understand that the franchisee is a separate entity and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee maintains full control over employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not manage these employment decisions or receive copies of employment applications. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with leadership to set restaurant goals and develop plans to achieve them
  • lead and support a team of department managers in goal setting and performance improvement
  • provide coaching and direction to department managers
  • hire and develop department and shift managers
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies
  • maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and employee engagement
