Job Requirements
- 2+ years of restaurant general manager experience in a 2+ million restaurant
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior QSR experience
- Must be H.U. graduate

Job Duties
- Overseeing P&L by following cash control, maintaining inventory, scheduling labor, reviewing financials, and taking ownership for results
- Motivate, train, and develop outstanding team members with ongoing training and leadership development
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members
- Prepare team for success by teaching and training everyday operations
- Partner with Operations Supervisor for succession planning and talent development
